I have thought more about the assertion that eBay can't possibly keep up with Sellers that violate copyright laws by listing items as brand name when they are not.

Buyers report these items, which are usually sold in the Betsey Johnson fakes from China, for example by employees of the jewelry manufacturer, and when you go to the employee's eBay site, it is OBVIOUS that none of the stuff is authentic. And it's not like there are hundreds or thousands of them doing this. So how is it so difficult for eBay to address the company and employee itself?

They could have least sent an email acknowledging and at least attempting to explain the delays. I would have been totally okay with that. But at this point, it feels like a scam because I've paid for something that I never received. You don't expect this when buying directly from the designer. It's unfortunate.

Over the years I have been a loyal customer and have loved Betsey Johnson products. But the recent customer service I've experienced has led me to write this review and no longer purchase from this brand. On their site the return policy is clear. You can't exchange or return clearance items or earrings for hygiene reasons. However, surprise they will refuse to refund you for sale items as well. Even though items listed in the clearance and sale sections are completely different. When I pointed this out they ignored me.

I have sent them emails now and the last one I included screenshots of the items I purchased that weren't on clearance. And still being ignored. I guess my issue isn't going to be addressed in the multiple emails I have sent so I'm going to give them a call, but with how bad this has been I expect them to just hang up on me.

If there is anything you think won't fit, steer clear of buying anything from them. You never know when they will randomly decide to go against their own policy and then good luck getting a response. I purchased a backpack from Dillard's. I have to reach out to customer service because the threading inside of the backpack calls the zipper to go off track and break in the emblem came off.

The 1st person I spoke to slow Florina via email told me that she was working on it. I reached out to her over a couple of weeks to no Avail nothing was given but excuses. I live in Canada and recently tried to order a pair of shoes online and it was a whole ordeal. Getting a refund was a challenge in itself because apparently Betsey Johnson customer service cannot cancel orders themselves so I had to go to Fedex to cancel.

I strongly urge Canadians and international buyers to read their shipping policy and calculate how much they will have to actually pay I never write negative reviews, but this was seriously so disturbing I felt it necessary.

I ordered a pair of shoes to wear on my wedding day. When I received them 19 days later, one shoe was a 6. I contacted them within 10 minutes of receiving my delivery.

The response was to start a return. No other help or apology offered. When I started the return, there was no option to state that the company made an error. Then they wanted me to pay for the return! I called them back. I waited on hold for about 15 min before being disconnected. I tried the "live chat" only for no one to respond. I called again, nothing.

After 3 more calls I finally get through to someone who says they will refund me and send me a label to send the items back for no charge. And then I get the email with the label and refund minus a "processing fee" that happens to be the same amount as shipping. So now I have no shoes to get married in and a retailer insisting I pay for their mistake.
